Quality Management System Process Control Overview

Process-wide quality commitment · Traceable manufacturing process

  • Material Inspection
Steel materials for balance weights undergo spectral analysis upon arrival to verify chemical composition and grade conformity. Rubber components and metal bodies for valve stems are checked against batch records, expiration dates, and physical property parameters.
  • First-Article Inspection
First-article inspection is performed before each production batch to confirm that process parameters, dimensional specifications, and appearance requirements align with standards. Mass production commences only after first-article approval.
  • Process Control
Standardized work instructions are established for each operation, with real-time monitoring of critical process parameters.
  • Finished Product Testing
Balance weights are sorted by automated gram-weight grading, with each piece screened for precision. Units exceeding tolerance limits are automatically rejected. Valve stems and fittings undergo online air-tightness testing, with inspection data linked to specific batch records.
